POLICY OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The Romanian Movement for Quality processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data .
The Romanian Movement for Quality processes personal data for certain purposes, such as:
– the request received by the Romanian Movement for Quality regarding the information it has to provide (for example, from public authorities or control bodies ).
– marketing, by sending news of public interest with reference to the packages developed or to activities related to the project .
Within the Romanian Quality Movement, any processing of personal data is legal, but also fair. Personal data are also processed in order to satisfy legitimate interests, such as: preventing, detecting and investigating crimes ; cooperation with public authorities ;
The data processed by the Romanian Movement for Quality are disclosed to other third parties, in order to facilitate the carrying out of activities in direct connection with the purposes of the processing detailed above. These third parties include the partners of the Romanian Movement for Quality, including:
– Professional collaborators, such as Travel Agencies.
– Authorities control and management in the field, organs p rofesionale, public authorities, at their express request.
Visitors / tourists benefit from the following rights , unless otherwise provided by law:
– the right of access to the personal data processed by the Romanian Movement for Quality, as well as information on how they are processed and stored.
– the right to rectify personal data that are not accurate, as well as to complete incomplete data.
– the right to delete personal data / the right to be forgotten, if personal data are no longer necessary and no longer justify the purposes for which they were initially collected .
– the right to restrict the processing of personal data, if:
ü The visitor / tourist disputes the accuracy of the data.
ü The processing is illegal and the visitor / tourist opposes the deletion of the data, requesting instead the restriction of their use.
ü The MRC no longer needs the processing of the personal data of the visitor / tourist , but requests them for contesting, exercising or defending a right in court.
ü The visitor / tourist opposes the processing of personal data for the period of time in which it is verified whether the legitimate interests of the MRC on the data processing prevail over the rights of the client.
– the right to oppose the processing of personal data by the Romanian Movement for Quality.
– the right to be notified by the Romanian Movement for Quality regarding the processing of personal data.
– the right to the portability of personal data, respectively the right of the visitor / tourist MRC to receive the personal data in a structural t , commonly used and which can be read automatically, as well as the right to send this data to another operator.
– the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data.
– the right of withdrawal of the consent granted to the Romanian Movement for Quality of processing of personal data. Subsequent withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the use of personal data carried out under agrees the earth previously granted MISC single r ii Romanian ‘s Quality before its withdrawal. The withdrawal of the grant must be made in writing.
– the right not to be the subject of a decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling, which has effects on the client or similarly affects it, unless such processing is necessary for the execution of the individual employment contract or is allowed by the law.
MRC visitors / tourists can exercise their rights mentioned above by sending a written request to office@mrco.ro or to the Romanian Quality Movement in Craiova, str. Părului, no. 8, Dolj.
The Romanian Movement for Quality reserves the right to make available to the authorities or control bodies it works with , at their request, personal data resulting from requests , for example. If required by law, the Romanian Quality Movement will provide all the requested information.
The Romanian Movement for Quality guarantees the security of the processing of the personal data of its clients, as well as their confidentiality. Both the employees and the collaborators of the MRC ( registered travel agencies ) have signed confidentiality commitments since the beginning of the collaboration with the Romanian Movement for Quality.
The Romanian Movement for Quality will keep the personal data of its visitors / tourists even after the contract expires, according to the legal obligations specific to the field of activity or according to the applicable deadlines.
Management at the their highest level maintains its ongoing commitment to continuously improve security measures in cee of the activities of data processing c aracter staff in order to increase high measurement they CEE to the confidentiality, availability and integrity of data personal character.
The present policy for the processing of personal data will be permanently maintained as documented information, appropriate to the purpose, an integral part of the internal procedures of the Romanian Movement for Quality. It will also be constantly adapted to the Security requirements of personal data processing activities, communicated and available both within the Romanian Quality Movement and to interested parties.
