The consulting services in the implementation of the quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015 is a service developed within the NATBIOT project. One of the most important aspects in the development of tourism services is their quality. The quality of a service cannot be demonstrated unless it is quantified by a certificate based on standard, specific requirements. For this reason, it was necessary, through the NATBIOT project, a consultancy and general training service was initiated to certify the quality management system for 8 units in the field of tourism, in the inter-regional area. This certification is only the first step in the certification process. The consultancy service that will be provided through the project will have the following activities:

– diagnosis of the initial situation of the quality management system and the training of the personnel regarding the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard;

-development / revision of the quality management system, in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015;

– granting technical support to the beneficiary for the implementation of the quality management system;

 – evaluation of the management system before beginning the certification procedures;

– assistance in preparing the certification file;

– technical assistance for closing the non-conformities identified during the third party evaluations (if any).
