Sociological study on the natural and cultural heritage of the Dolj, Olt, Mehedinti region Within the NATBIOT project, it was necessary to purchase sociological research services to conduct a sociological study on the natural and cultural heritage of the Dolj, Olt, Mehedinți (RO) region and centralization and analysis of data collected in Dolj, Olt, Mehedinți ( RO) – Vidin, Montana, Vratsa and Pleven (BG).
The acquisition of sociological research services for the realization of a sociological study has as object the natural and cultural patrimony from the cross-border area Dolj, Olt, Mehedinti, Romania – Vidin, Montana, Vratsa and Pleven, Bulgaria.
The aim of the study is to obtain an overview that will serve to achieve the main objective of this project: “Creating common innovative products with the NATBIOT brand and improving the quality and marketing of tourism services that lead to sustainable use of natural products and cultural heritage and resources in the cross-border area concerned Dolj, Olt, Mehedinți (RO) -Vidin, Montana, Vratsa and Pleven (BG) ‘.
The study focused on the most representative resources of the natural and cultural heritage in the target areas, as well as an inventory of services (accommodation capacity, number of tourists, tourist attractions in the area, hotels, pensions, hostels, agritourism pensions, travel agencies, details specific to public catering in the target areas, entertainment, transport) that support tourism and whose in-depth knowledge will lead directly and automatically to the sustainable use of heritage and natural and cultural resources in this border area – current standards in force, certifications, bio certifications, eco services, SWOT analysis, actions to be taken.
The “Marketing strategy for the sustainable development of tourism in the cross-border region Dolj, Olt, Mehedinți (RO) -Vidin, Montana, Vratsa and Pleven (BG)”and the “Strategy to increase the quality of services and their diversification through the use of specific natural resources and eco products”has been translated and uploaded in Romanian and Bulgarian languages and can be found at the following links:
